Asparagus 

Our first crop heralds the start of spring. We grow both under polythene tunnels and in the open. The season is from early April to nearly the end of June and once the season gets underway we cut every morning from around 6am to midday. Spears are washed, trimmed and graded by diameter ready for sale.
